We work with DHIC, Inc. to advocate for affordable housing in the community. Originally founded in 1974 by the City of Raleigh, DHIC now operates as a nonprofit developer creating housing opportunities throughout the Triangle for seniors and working families. Throughout the past year, we implemented a comprehensive rebrand to help them celebrate their 40^th Anniversary.

Activity included a new logo and tagline to usher in this new era. It also included brand positioning, a new website, a short documentary film on their 40-year legacy, a celebratory logo, invitation and marketing materials for the 40th event. Since we love to throw a good party, our event management support helped to create a festive, successful affair attended by more than 400 supporters.
