Lantern festival final numbers are in, a record 121,654 guests enjoyed the N.C. Chinese Lantern Festival during this past holiday season at Koka Booth Amphitheatre in the Town of Cary. We work on behalf of festival producer Tianyu Arts & Culture and in partnership with the terrific amphitheatre team. Festival promotions led to record-breaking attendance in 2019-2020!
“It has been a privilege to share our Chinese culture with the community in this our 5th anniversary year,” said Ai Luo, president, Tianyu Arts & Culture. “Planning has already begun for our return to Cary this fall with all-new lanterns and cultural performances that will delight visitors.”
The popular lantern festival attracts visitors from across the Southeast and will return to Koka Booth Amphitheatre with all-new lanterns for its 6th anniversary next November.
